Inspection and Testing 

Parts are inspected throughout the production process. Everyone operator is responsible for maintaining quality through every operation. Each printed layer is inspected prior to firing the paste. Completed parts are given a 100% visual inspection per MIL-PRF-38534 or customer specific requirements.

For multilayer parts, TFS has 100% flying probe testing performed to ensure that there are no opens or shorts in the circuit that cannot be seen. Printed resistors are 100% value tested during the laser resistor trimmming process. Specialized testing such as hi-pot testing can be performed on request.
