Fully Documented Manufacturing

TFS fully documents all production of our substrates through lot travelers and manufacturing drawings. The lot travelers record lot numbers for all material components used in production of a particular lot. This gives us 100% traceability of all component materials used in your production. Having fully documented assembly travelers alows TFS to consistently build parts from lot to lot.

All component materials used in production are assigned specific lot numbers.   All documentation related to a component such as CofCs are scanned and kept of file.  This provides a quick reference when needed.
