Thick Film Materials Used

TFS uses a wide variety of thick film pastes from quality  suppliers such as Heraeus, Celanese (formerly Dupont), Vibrantz (formerly Ferro), and Koartan.  These materials are typically fired at 850°C for 10 minutes in an air atmosphere belt furnace.      

Conductor pastes are available in pure silver (Ag), palladium silver (PdAg), wirebondable gold (Au) and solderable gold.
